Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within  21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Pre-orders are a different TAT. Please ensure you read all product descriptions prior to purchasing. During sales, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays

  • Lunartic & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered
